Shipping policy

  • Most orders are shipped from our main warehouse in Wynberg Sandton, we do however have different holding locations across the country so some orders may be sent from other locations.
  • All  Areas - delivery courier fees are levied Free for door to door.
  • A tracking number would be issued immediately after pick up of an order by the courier.
  • We are utilizing services of the following reputable courier companies:

Handling Time

Once the payment has reflected on our side, we will begin the process of handling your order. Orders will usually be processed within 5 days after quality inspection. 

Standard Delivery Period

Gauteng: 2 to 8 working days,

Major Cities/Towns: 2 to 8 working days,

Remote Areas: 2 to 8 working days,

SmartbuySA is open from Monday to Friday, between 08:30hrs and 17:00hrs
