What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Contact us within 7 working days of receiving your item with photos or video of the issue, along with your order number, and we'll assess it for a refund. Approved refunds are issued as store credit (the item price less delivery cost) within 7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
